Next, section out the bangs and crown then pull tresses back, twisting up from the nape of the neck. Hold the twist in place and very gently run a comb or brush over the hair to smooth it slightly then secure it in place using either bobby pins or u-shaped hair pins. Finally, hair from the crown is pulled back loosely to maintain volume, and incorporated into the twist.
