Justin Bieber releasing new line of Scented Dog Tags and Bracelets

Justin Bieber is releasing a second batch of his scented dog tags, reports WWD. NO, this isn’t April Fools jokes.The first batch sold out lickety-split at Wal-Mart back in November 2010, but next week more will be available at CVS and FYE stores. And the designs will be brand new, sporting the Bieb-inspired slogans “One Less Lonely Girl” and “Never Say Never.” Both will be infused with the
