Mandira Bedi is an Indian Bollywood and television actress who is popularly known for playing the lead character in the television serial Shanti(1994) aired on Doordarshan.The actress was born on April 15, 1970 in Mumbai. Her schooling is from Cathedral and John Connon School. On 14 February 1999 she got married to director Raj Kaushal and is presently staying in the Mumbai suburb of Bandra.
